Podcast guests hereby irrevocably agree and consent that Great Outdoors Podcast, and their assigns, may use all or part of the videotaped or filmed interview of guests for the podcast and online media program about the great outdoors including but not limited to, hunting, fishing, camping, faith, and fellowship.

 

Great Outdoors Podcast has the right to use guest's picture, silhouette and other reproductions of their likeness and voice in connection with any podcast or online media in which this interview may be incorporated, and in any advertising material promoting it.

 

Great Outdoors Podcast may edit guest's appearance as they see fit.

 

Great Outdoors Podcast shall have all right, title, and interest in any and all results and proceeds from said use or appearance.

 

The rights granted to Great Outdoors Podcast are perpetual, worldwide, and include the use of this interview in any medium (all or part of the program may be shown), including broadcast and cable television, and videocassettes.

 

This consent is given as an inducement for Great Outdoors Podcast to interview Guest and Guest understands Great Outdoors Podcast will incur substantial expense in reliance thereof.

 

Great Outdoors Podcast is not obliged to make any use of this interview or exercise any of the rights granted Great Outdoors Podcast by this release.
